  Excellent customer service! I really felt like the guy who was helping me took pride in his work! Went out of his way to squeeze me in just before closing to fix my flat tire, then didn't charge me for it!

  Called over and over to check in on my warranty and ive dealt with the same guy the entire process(Not complaining about this part). When I go in I tell him im here for the warranty(I called 40 minutes before letting him know i would be in). He then asks me to pay 485 for the tire. I told him i have a warranty that there is no way im paying that he says "oh its a warranty?" and then asks the guy beside him how to do it because he didnt start the process he only ordered the tire in. So what should have been 20 minutes ended up being well over an hour and 30 mins

  I would recommend this place for anyone who is in the market for new tires. I did not book an appointment and within 24 hours my vehicle had new wheels. The staff was pleasant and eager to help me find the tires that met my needs and budget. I was pleased all around and thankful for the terrific service. Just ask for nick!

  Absolutely rude customer service with the warmth of an Arctic air conditioner. They wouldn't respond to numerous calls throughout the day despite my desperate attempts until 6 hours after my initial appointment which in turn cost me 2 days of wages and countless kilometres trekked on foot through our recent heavy snowfall. To top it all off...after all this headache and expense our family vehicle still requires an additional part before the initial problem is resolved.
